If you are located in Florida and have assessment income over $400,000 it is required by law. California law requires at least a Review when gross income exceeds $75,000. Audits can help give you the peace of mind that the management company you use is performing your accounting functions properly and that your accounting reports are accurately stated. Our audit staff are now trained to identify fraudulent transactions. We currently have 5 certified fraud examiners on staff.
